Although Upfront Ocean Adventures is a new division of Upfront Outfitters, it is not new to Mike Jenkins, who is a professional guide, outfitter, and licensed offshore boat captain. His passion for ocean fishing never died.
Prior to becoming a hunting guide, Mike spent twelve years in Alaska honing his boat skills and dedicating as much time as possible to saltwater fishing. His ambition at a young age was to own a charter business. Now, during the hunting off-season, Mike has spent the last seven years fishing in the Pacific Ocean off the Oregon coast. His drive to learn about different fisheries and master ocean bar crossings has brought his career full circle, allowing him to deliver the charter-boat experience.
Every charter follows the reliable standards set by his hunting service, which highlights expertise, careful planning, and a direct, trustworthy approach to clients.

2027 denotes a major step forward for us at Upfront Ocean Adventures. We will be operating a newly built Alumaweld Horizon 28-foot offshore boat, powered by 250 hp twin engines, designed to handle the toughest conditions the Pacific Ocean has to offer.
